Central Springfield Little League | 703-971-0365
Since 1972, Central Springfield Little League has developed many
innovations designed to improve baseball abilities and enjoyment.
Among these are clinics, the use of pitching machines in the
TB1(A) League and a TB-2 (T-Ball) program to introduce 5-6 year
old children to baseball. Other changes since 1972 included the
expansion of the charter boundaries to encompass Saratoga, Newington
Station, Chancellor Farms and the Franconia area west of Rose
Hill; and in 1975, the lifting of the "boys only" policy
by Little League Baseball, Inc.
Fairfax County Teen Centers | 703-324-TEEN
Looking for a fun place
to hang out? If you're in grades 7-12 come visit one of the many
teen centers in Fairfax County. Not only do they offer tons of
fun with music, billiards in the game room, sports and snacks,
but they also offer field trips like skiing, camping, and even
day trips to King's Dominion and Six Flags.
Southwestern Youth Association Sports | 703-815-2180
Located in Centreville,
Virginia, the Southwestern Youth Association offers a wide range
of sports and programs for children of all ages. They offer sports
all year round including baseball, football, girl's softball,
soccer, and cheerleading.
Springfield

The Springfield Youth
Club offers a wide variety of sports to all youth in the Springfield
Area. Just a few of the sports available are basketball, cheerleading,
football, lacrosse, rugby, soccer and softball.
Virginia High School League | Charlottesville, VA | 434-977-5943
The 86 year-old VHSL
serves 290 public high schools; conducting state championships
in 24 different sports in which more than 125,000 boys and girls
participate each year; sponsoring academic programs which involve
an additional 20,000 students annually. The VHSL has successfully
built a program of student services to support student growth
and also represents thousands of administrators, coaches and
officials who supervise extracurricular programs.
