All have receivers which connect to our 90" satellite intertainment wall, which featurers 4 music channels and 8 projection screens for news and TV programs.

Traditional floor aerobics for a high or low impact workout.

GROUP CYCLE (45 MIN.)
The latest fitness sensation! Pedal your way to the best shape of yourlife by working out on high performance stationary bikes.

ORGANIC CYCLE (45 MIN.)
Cycle classes without intervals to stimulate a cross country ride (not recommended for beginners).

SALSA DANCE
Fundamentals and partnering of traditional ballroom salsa (all levels welcome).

CARDIO FUNK
This class mixes funky music and moves with low impact choreography.

ENERJAZZ
A cardio workout while learning fundamental jazz dance technique and choreography.

TAEBO
You've seen it on TV! Cardio kick box as designed by Billy Banks. All levels encouraged.

KARDIO KARATE
Cardio workout using karate discipline. An advanced class using bags.

STEP-N-SCULPT (90 MIN.)
A super intense WHOLE body workout! Designed to meet the demands of all fitness levels. Come and give it a try!

360 TOTAL BODY
This strength training class will tone and build your body with bars and bands.

BODY PUMP
Total body "kick-butt" weight class. Done with barbells and awesome music.

AB ATTACK
15 minutes of nothing but ABS!!

BEGINNER STEP
The perfect class for beginners. No tricky step choreography and a slower stepping pace.

INTERMEDIATE STEP
Step class for the medium to super stepper.

POWER STEP
A class designed for the seasoned stepper! Step movements and patterns require a strong stepping background.

DOUBLE STEP
Step class involving two steps for each participant and intermediate level choreography. Traveling between two steps adds intensity and fun to a step class.

YOGA
Relax! Integrate mind and body by reducing stress, strengthening and toning muscles, and improving circulation.

BODY FLOW
A mind and body workout combining the disciplines of Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi.

PILATES MAT
Stretch and align with the program developed by Joseph Pilate.
